Milk chocolate gets its mild, velvety taste from a delicate balance of ingredients. Whilst milk chocolate and dark chocolate both use cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and sugar, milk chocolate also uses milk powder, to give its creamier taste, texture, and lighter colour.
